I extrude the square vase as a tube, add the top and bottom, glaze it, and decorate it with Hakame Slip, Sumi-é brushwork, and high-fire it in my propane reduction kiln. It is vapor-glazed with salt and soda ash to cone 10-12. 2350F-2400F. Perfect for roses and other flowers. Measures 6x3x3 in. The business card in the photos is for scale.
