Drink your morning brew out of this handmade 12 oz. mug. It is “thrown” on the potter’s wheel; the handle is attached and “pulled off the mug” for a comfortable feel, with a thumb rest added for better leverage, and decorated with slips and oxides in Bamboo and Prairie Grass designs. Fired in a gas reduction kiln to cone 11-12, then salt- and soda-vapor glazed for a lustrous finish. It is food-, microwave-, and dishwasher-safe.
